How To Order
Ambrosia Market respects the privacy of our customers. No information you enter on our website will be shared with outside companies or mailing lists unless you agree to it. All personal information you enter in our database is kept for the purpose of allowing you to check your account status, and for our own internal mailing list so that you may receive notifications about your account or special promotions that Ambrosia Market is offering.
Ambrosia Market’s website features cookie technology. A cookie is a small file that is placed on your computer so that while you are logged into the site, you can save different items in your shopping cart. The cookie expires once you have left the site or closed your browser.
Note: Your shopping cart items will not be saved unless you are logged in.

Returns and Exchanges
All merchandise is guaranteed and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for returns. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours by email: firstname.lastname@example.org and mentioning in the subject your order number. No returns will be accepted without an email approval from our end. Once claim is received and accepted by Ambrosia Marker, we will automatically reship merchandise or refund the unconsumed items. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns.

All Ambrosia Market goods are tax-free.
Ordered products are shipped via FedEx Ground for $15 per shipping address.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes under any circumstances.
FedEx requires a signature for all deliveries and will not leave a package without one.
Orders must be placed before 13:45 EST to be processed for next day delivery. All orders received after 13:45 will be processed the next business day. Changes or cancellations to orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance of the receipt date, and may be made only by email.
Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day thereafter: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
About Your Order
You must supply a daytime phone number to insure that Federal Express and Ambrosia Market can make the delivery. Sorry, we cannot ship C.O.D. or to a post office box. All orders paid by check will not be processed until the check clears (please allow 10 business days).
You will be informed of any delay in completing your order. Out-of-stock items may be substituted with items of equal or greater value.
Currently Ambrosia Market only accepts Paypal for method of payment.
